There's your bottom line, right there. I don't blame Grant for wanting more money - I blame Thompson for paying him. It's a study in incongruity: shove your 16-year face-of-the-franchise QB out the door, and then make a half-year wonder RB a rich man.

If the Bears or Vikes had done this we'd all have schadenfreude coming out of our earholes, laughing ourselves silly.

Grant needs to pick up his game. The OL needs to block. Both are to blame. I know Grant can do better than this. And I also know Ted Thompson better make our OL his #1 priority next offseason. This OL is not acceptable.

What also isn't acceptable is MM 's playcalling. I think opposing coaches know what he's going to do every down. We're looking like we're playing Techmo Bowl and the opponent is looking at our fingers and stealing our plays.

Grant isnt seeing the holes he did last year. If anyone saw where it was 3rd and 1 and instead of cutting in this HUGE hole he went into the defense for a gain of nothing.
