A lot of good points. Yeah, Cobb and Hayward pretty much have already "broke out", but I expect them to get better yet. Perry is the biggest "if" on the list, and at the same time, the most important piece of the puzzle to get it done. Is it "breaking out" if a rookie does it? hahaha If Lacy is on the list, then Datone Jones should be also - and I expect big seasons from both.
Call me overly optimistic, but I still think Sherrod is gonna "break out" - if not by game one, later in the season, if not later in the season, next year.
The biggest question and problem is: who is gonna stop the opposition from running it right up the gut and passing to the TE in the short middle area? I'm certainly not expecting any breakout there from Hawk or B. Jones. Bishop back healthy would be a plus especially against the run, but I really don't see a sure thing "break out" answer there. Manning? I doubt it. Francois? I like that guy, but he's really a long shot. I wish they would move that Mulumba guy to ILB. I could see him as a real "break out" candidate, but the position is kinda clogged at OLB.
