... those of you who gripe about Ted Thompson, at least the Packers have a good portion of their 2009 draft class ... the Cowboys have zero. It's a little hard to build a consistent winner when you don't want to keep members of your draft of just a few years ago.

Let's cut the Cowboys some slack, though. They didn't have a single pick in the 1st or 2nd round that year. Still, an awful draft by Jerry, but that does make it just a bit less awful.

Lets NOT be girls. Lets recognize how awful that is without making any excuses. They'd be better served with a real GM.
