...but I wasn't all that impressed. I don't think they look bad but to only win by 6 against a team that went 1-15 last season, especially when they had some lucky swings, makes me think they still won't be able to compete with the top teams. What does everyone else think?

They barely beat the friggin DOLPHINS. They should be able to smash the dolphins, and they were 1 pass away from losing. Kinda sad.

Favre looked decent enough, but he took a lot of shots(and people thought GBs line was bad).

Let's see how he does against the Patriots next week. That'll show a lot..

Well, we'll see how far he can take a bad team.

I watched the entire game because I was curious to see how Favre would do. He looks like he hasn't missed a beat. He threw the ball well, made good decisons, and eluded the rush most of the time. He was quite a contrast to Pennington, who is a good game manager but has a very weak arm. It's like he's throwing butterflies out there.

Overall, it's hard to say what this game tells us about the Jets. I think their offense will be pretty good, but they are going to lose some high scoring games, as most offenses they face will be better than Miami's.

Pats'll still win.

Part of the deal when Belichick sold his sell to Satan last year was that if Brady ever went down, Brady's mind gets sent into Cassel's body. Very clever on Belichick's part. Yes, the Pats will still win, but Belichick's soul will burn for Eternity.

Don't sell your soul to the Devil, people. It's not worth it. Belichick didn't even get that SB win out of the deal.

Trom i know your 4 year dream finally came true and Brett Favre is no longer a Packer, but why the hell would you hope the Jets get beat.
The better the Jets play, the more wins they get, the farther they get in the play-offs,

THE BETTER DRAFT PICK THE PACKERS GET NEXT YEAR!!!!
