Defense stats

they are 4th in passing att per game, which tells me that teams are behind and are trying to play catch up..

they are 4th in rushing avg per game

5th in rushing tds given up

they have dbl the amount of sacks as the packers

ties for 7th in passing tds allowed

As much as Brett has helped the offense, Jenkins and Pace are just as important or more important to the D

This D gets overlooked big time, and rightly so given the circumstances, but to say that only ONE player is the only reason for the turn around is ignorant

You can't stand the fact that BF is better than AR can you, LT?

Also, the fact that Ted Thompson screwed up big time and will be out of GB by next year...

Face it, these two are NOT equal. BF makes the team better, as he did last year, and would have done this year.

FACT!

I wonder what is going to happen if the Jets don't make the Superbowl.. will there be mass calling for the GM to fall upon his sword?

I mean, every possible issue with a football team comes down the the GM and their lack of ability to build a winner.. right. 😉

No.

I think they will be grateful that the GM and BF turned around a 4-12 team and led them deep into the playoffs, unlike a majority of ingrate Packer "fans" who turned on Favre in favor of a mediocre (.500) GM and unproven, cocky QB by the name of AROD...Why was BF forced to "fall on his sword", as you say?

Why such hatred for a guy who led your team to the NFC championship game?

By now, you should see that it wasn't because of Ted Thompson and MM alone. BF was a big part of the equation, and people aren't happy that the Packers have returned to mediocrity after such a season last year.

What's so hard to understand?

Brett Favre should be the q/b in GB, it was a mess, and I think for the most part for THIS YEAR he would have given us a better chance..

Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : When he was coming out, I thought he'd be flash in pan.
Mucky Tundra (19-Feb) : Joey seems so forgettable compared to his brother for some reason
Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : NFL informed teams today that the 2025 salary cap will be roughly $277.5M-$281.5M
Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : Los Angeles Chargers are likely to release DE Joey Bosa this off-season as a cap casualty, per league source.
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : If the exploit is not fixed, we'll see tons of "50 top free agents, 50 perfect NFL team fits: We picked where each should sign in March" lo
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Issue should be solved, database cleaned and held strong working / meeting. Boom!
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : It should be halted now.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : usually spambots are trying to get traffic to shady websites filled with spyware; the two links being spammed were to the Packers website
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : you know when you put it that way combined with the links it was spamming (to the official Packers website)
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Yep. You can do that with holding down ENTER on a command in Console of browser
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : even with the rapid fire posts?
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : I'm not certain it's a bot.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : I've got to go to work soon which is a pity because I'm enthralled by this battle between the bot and Zero
