I would have ZERO problem with Ted bringing Grant back. That could be a very good move at this time, considering the situation. Veteran presence who knows the system, and, hell be hell bent to win a SB in what may prove to be his last chance.

I don't understand what the hell we are doing wrong in practice or is it the training machines ... something has to be wrong I mean we obviously are doing something wrong that we keep getting 50% of the team injured.

injures every where.

Starks has had too many injuries in his career including college to ever be relied upon again. Time for Uncle Teddy to look for a new RB in the draft. In the mean time feature Green on 1st & 2nd and Kuhn on 3rd. They will manage.

More Cobb out of the backfield?

Conflicting reports maybe?

Starks injured his knee in Sunday's game, but the next day, coach Mike McCarthy didn't sound worried about it.

"We have a couple guys that are being evaluated," McCarthy said Monday . "Nothing of serious nature."

Starks has impressed McCarthy lately and scored on a 22-yard run Sunday.

"I liked what James Starks did; I thought he stepped up," McCarthy said after the 23-14 victory over the Vikings. "I thought James was a little cut above today and that’s why I went with him in the fourth quarter."

If Starks remains out for any period of time, the Packers' 20th-ranked rushing offense will have to get by the rest of this season with Grant, second-year running back Alex Green — who leads the team in rushing with 360 yards — and fullback John Kuhn. Green Bay used Benson as its starter for the first five games before he suffered a season-ending Lisfranc foot injury. Green then became the starter before McCarthy began splitting carries evenly most weeks between Green and Starks.
