When he caught the ball he should have it high and tight meaning the front point covered with his hand and the rear point of the ball tucked tight against the inside of his arm close to the armpit tight against his chest and protected by his forearm. When Tillman punches the ball out it is down at his waist in front of him with his elbow open.
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

OMG! Finley had his second fumble in his career against a guy who's KNOWN for knocking the ball out, especially against the Packers! Holy shit lets have a riot!

We should be pissed off much more by his drops!

I thought he was in pretty good position with the ball and wanted to see what Traxx saw on the replay. I guess it is bad to try and learn a thing or two when Zero doesn't want to discuss it. From my perspective it would be silly to start a whole new thread to talk about something that merits on a few posts and could be handled very quickly here. By bringing it up over and over he has actually made more out of it than anyone.

But then it is his site so he can do as he sees fit.

Finley is the most talented tight end we have ever had, and some of you want to throw him out with the trash? I'm sure everyone here was consummate professional in their early twenties, or were some of your shitheads too.

If Finley starts beating women or getting arrested for drugs or booze, then we have a problem. Until then, too many of you are caught up in that bull shit "Packer People" crap.

Personally I don't like the talk but I know it is his personality. It will never change.

As for dumping him, I am not ready to say get rid of him. Even if he never gets a pass thrown his away the defense has to account for him. The defense has to use more than a LB or S on him. He helps the WR get open.

Anyone who has been on this forum for more then 5 years knows R.P. has, and always will be the one of the biggest Rodgers fan in the universe. Have been since he was drafed. I have taken the hate for loving his stash and arm especially in the two years after he was drafted.

HOWEVER... As far as drops...

I think Aaron tends to love his arm more then his receivers do. I know I have seen many times, where Arron has fired a Nolan Ryan Fast ball on a slant over the middle that would have been dropped by Honus Wagner (The greatest Short Stop in baseball history.) if he was holding a 4 foot wide fishing net.

Brett did the same thing all the the time and broke many fingers in camp, as well as causing drops on game day in the regular season.

Some times drops are not all about the receiver, and can be attributed to the passer.

I would love to see Aaron, when he sees a target coming over the middle, WIDE OPEN... Just take a little off the velocity.

There is a time to fire it, and there is a time to lay it in there a little softer. Just like the nurse hands off a new born child to the father.

wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
