I'm all for feedback an opinions, but is it really too much to ask for a little context rather than rambling bitching? I do put a lot work into maintaining this site, the least you could do show some respect and elaborate fully what you mean so changes can be made or improved. Ironically, you claim the site is a diaster area, while you are posting feedback about the site in a Packers thread. What's wrong with this picture? =d>

I'll lay out my confusion as easily as I can.

Can you explain how the site is a "complete disaster area"?
What do you mean "traditional link"?
What do you mean by "limited access"?

I think I'm pretty flexible in making improvements that the masses like, but I can't do a damn thing when people just spew complaints without any meaning.

I look forward to your response, and I mean this because it'll provide opportunity to improve the site. Which is something aimed for since the first day it landed on the interGoogle.

From July 2012 to current, the Favoritse link could be PackersHome.com/Default.aspx

Long story short, it's best to use PackersHome.com as your link and no matter how the site is changed, that link will ALWAYS work.

Can you please answer the questions regarding the site being a disaster area and the limited access? I assume this explanation answered the comment about "traditional link".

As for 'high tech', DotNetNuke was the core of the site (like DragonFly CMS was pre-May 2011) and has since been removed about a month ago. Thus, by all appearances and feedback provided, the site has significantly grown faster when I switched the site over to a pure ASP.NET site and removed DNN all together.

Edit, when I get back to Wisconsin, I'll create a redirect page for /Home.aspx to the main site.

Playing with the dog helps, too. (Btw...hows your new one doing? Mine still refuses to bark more than one or two times a day.)

I only mentioned the stuff about DotNetNuke because in actuality, PackersHome has become less "high tech" with the removal of DotNetNuke and relies more on "my expertise" as a web developer for new features.

Again, you claim something, but don't explain it. How does this help anyone? I am asking for context so I know what to fix.

Please provide some insight on the complaints outlined below.

Mucky Tundra (6-Jul) : Jerome Bettis and Jim Flanigans sons as well!
Zero2Cool (6-Jul) : Thomas Davis Jr is OLB, not WR. Oops.
Zero2Cool (6-Jul) : Larry Fitzgeral and Thomas Davis sons too. WR's as well.
Mucky Tundra (5-Jul) : Kaydon Finley, son of Jermichael Finley, commits to Notre Dame

    wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
