Yeah, I'm stretching things a bit, for sure. If Nick is deemed "healthy," it's really just a matter of how bad he wants to play. Peyton Manning choose to play again. I'd be surprised if Nick doesn't. I'm still really surprised Manning is giving it another go after all the complication he's had.

Peyton doesn't have to tackle somebody every other down. Not an apples to apples comparison.

I obviously understand that, but the risk is still the risk to me. If one is willing to step out on an NFL football field again after such an injury and complications, it doesn't really matter to me what position they are playing. A QB can take some brutal hits with no chance to prepare themselves.

Nah, they weren't married until after Mike McCarthy became head coach. They actually met because of the Packers organization. And Nick Collins was born many years before McCarthy became the Packers head coach. Alex McCarthy's existence wasn't an issue with her, assuming as such since she did marry him even though he had a teenage daughter.

To have Nick (Collins) back would be huge. If Nick's able to come back, it's a great boost for us. Personal side of it is a concern.
