Mia just made the front page of the local paper. We have a little trip to make on the 18th to Rochester to have another precautionary MRI and have her port removed. But her future is very bright.

Mom and I are still pretty tired, but we survived somehow. Thanks for allowing me to be an asshole on a daily basis - you have no idea what an incredible outlet this place is for me.

I loved that article, especially where the players were talking about how strong Mia was and how she was inspiring them.

After a trying couple of weeks/months here, this news brought me a nice little break from it all.

You, Julie and those three girls have been through a rough haul.. but you made it. With shinning colors and a better picture on life as a whole.
