Morrison has overrated stats, but Lofa as a back-up inside is not bad.

Tatupu used to be really good, and he's not that old. I read where he tore his pectoral muscle in 2009 and missed most of the season. He played in every game last year, but I don't know how good he was. If he' still anywhere near as good as he used to be, he would be a good backup at the right price. It's not Ted Thompson's style to sign a player like this, though, so I would say it's unlikely.

The Morrison that played with the Raiders was a player.. if we are having trouble locking in depth at Linebacker.. I wouldn't mind taking a look at him.. tough player.. reminds me of a Wayne Simmons type with stoutness and range.

Tatupu - Have to be honest.. didn't watch alot of SeaChicken games.. don't really have an opinion.

2 years ago i would have exploded to get Tatupu,
one of my fav LBs for a long time, but he is too small, especially for a 3-4.

And really it's not about size, but about instinct and how physical is while playing... Bishop is very good because he attack the blocking and is able to shed it, not because he's big...

My guess is these guy would want a chance to rebuild their value with a one year deal in place where they'd get a chance to start. That's not here. If they were willing to accept a back up role, I think they would be solid upgrades over Francois and whoever the other dudes are!

Tatupu would be a great back up for the Packers defense, but I think he will get offered a better contract + a starting position with a starter needy team.

He was in the talks for the Bears for awhile to play the Sam position, but those died quickly.

wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
