1) Draft status does not matter

2) The best a team can get is a 3rd round pick unless the player has been in the league 10 years then it is a 5th round pick. (That part is public)

3) After years of analysis it has been ascertained that new contract size is the largest factor. On field performance is the second largest factor.

So hope that Colledge and Jenkins start all 16 games and do well.
Hope that Brandon Jackson and Korey Hall put up some numbers.
Vote for them in Pro Bowl balloting.

After this season, while I wish them well, I will be a little less interested in their performance.

Although they could be combined for higher picks.

Kampmann was worth a 5th round pick with similar deals to Colledge and Jenkins but only played half a season. Also contracts are a bit smaller this ear due to salary cap.

Also Kampman got a 4th round pick (CB House) ...

Comp picks are determined by a formula (don't know that I have ever seen it)

I don't think he does it anymore or I haven't seen it... but he did say the biggest factor was $$$ per year of the new contract.

What is the highest compensatory pick in history of NFL given to a team that lost a FA?

packerfanoutwest (5h) : beer and brats woke? say whom?
beast (5h) : I don't want to get into politics, but how is, beers and brats considered to be "woke"? Food is food...
beast (5h) : That being said, I'm not saying all 100% should be that way, but not surprised if majority are Wisconsin based

dfosterf (25-Jul) : It's my one day deal complaint dept. on shareholder meeting day
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Probably a homer access credential intimidation kinda thing
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Meathead "journalists" skip this, concentrating on operational revenue when convenient. They switch when net revenue is more favorable.
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Resulting in an actual drop of net revenue of 12.5%. She is from Minnesota. Just sayin'

dfosterf (25-Jul) : Did Savion Williams run into a goalpost or something?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : also, no bueno when a guy starts getting concussions right off the bat in his career
