I can only speak for myself.

I went 28 years with this team in absolute, complete obscurity. My passion for this team never waivered once in any way, shape or form.

Oh, btw- I have some evidence I was not alone. Review the attendance records at Lambeau during that period, and EVERYONE stayed for all of those games-- all OF 'EM.

The waiting list estimate for actually getting season tickets for the Packers is reportedly approaching a thousand years.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_season_ticket_waiting_lists

One thousand years. Wrap your little porcelein/concrete/painted head around that concept a moment before spouting off about where the Pack fan base was/is- while you get solicited to buy a friggin' Queenie tic on three buck night next week, lol

We Packer fans roll SO far differently than you friggin' snot-nosed upstart queenie-fair-weather-wanna-be-Norse-division crybabies.

I've been around a few Vikings fans, now that you mention it- more specifically- YOU.

All you do is go all ad hominem on the Puker fans or roll out completely and STFU for days, weeks and/or months.

Maybe we should call the friggin' Wizard of OZ and pipe you in some courage, brain and heart. (Ooh, that's some good smack, lol)

and I'm only kiddin' the 'ol fart

Yes, GREAT fanbase you have there, Davey).

News flash pal, I can still walk around downtown Green Bay on a Sunday morning and scalp tickets.

Geez. Parents these days. I'll tell you what's wrong with America. We spoil our children. They need to learn to not eat every day.

I do like the spoiled grandkid angle though. Old Dakotat is finally getting through that fortress of bricks you call a cranium, huh? [grin1]

Thing is, in a technical sense, I pay for my share of those tics, yet never go, and my relatives' buy-out offer to me could buy a small HOUSE.

I don't go because, A- My wife can't. B- I don't like freezing my ass off C- My relatives put them to excellent use for people that otherwise could not attend. D- I believe in putting my money where my mouth is.

My wife insists I buy one of these new shares, btw- She says she doesn't want to hear me bitch about not having it... she pre-plans, lol

I support my team.

All I care about is WHAT THE CERTIFICATE LOOKS LIKE. I didn't like the typed name and address the last time. I'm hoping for something a bit more aesthetically pleasing this time around, but really don't care all that much if it isn't better. Truth.

Doodle UserPostedImage says that pic is for something non-funtional. He says that it looks like it's for a friggin' cat.

First off, I don't concern myself with issues I can't control. But I'll tell what I did do.. I went to that playoff game and that Dome was rocking. More so than it was in any of the games I attended in '09. It was VERY '98 like. That place was as full as any other venue that Sunday.

Secondly, there weren't any more Iggle fans there than there are any other opposing fanbases on any other Sunday. GB and Chicago bring FAR more fans than the amount of Philly fans that were at the Dome that day.

I do like the spoiled grandkid angle though. Old Dakotat is finally getting through that fortress of bricks you call a cranium, huh? [grin1]

My point wasn't that the tickets get willed, my point is that many of those 'fans' that get the willed seats end up StubHubing/TicketMastering/CraigsListing them. Thus exposing the 'mystery' behind Green Bay's fabled 'great fanbase'.

Mucky Tundra (3-Jun) : @ByRyanWood How much did the injury affect him last fall? “A lot.”
Mucky Tundra (3-Jun) : @ByRyanWood Kenny Clark said he had foot surgery in January. Injured his foot in opener against Eagles and played through it all year.
Zero2Cool (3-Jun) : Golden is wearing guardian cap again. I bet he plays with it on too.
Mucky Tundra (3-Jun) : All the stuff I'm reading from Lions fans are pointing at his toe; he more or less has permanent turf toe in one of his big toes
dfosterf (3-Jun) : Kenny played through it, and a shame he gets little credit for that, imo
dfosterf (3-Jun) : Big men. I hope it's not the undoing of Kenny Clark
dfosterf (3-Jun) : Probably his toe. Pretty much a great center. Toe injuries are brutal to bigen
Mucky Tundra (2-Jun) : Lions All-Pro C Frank Ragnow retires
wpr (30-May) : It's all good.
beast (30-May) : Yeah, and I enjoyed your comments and just attempted to add to it. Sorry if I did it incorrectly.

Mucky Tundra (28-May) : I haven't watched the pregame shows in years and I don't feel like I've missed a thing
Zero2Cool (28-May) : Love says knee affected him all season, groin injury didn't help matters.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : I used to enjoy him on FOX Pregame. Now it's like a frat party of former Patriots.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : LaFleur on Watson: “Christian is doing outstanding. I would say he’s ahead of schedule.”
Martha Careful (28-May) : Bradshaw is a dumb ass cracker. I am so tired of his "aw shucks" diatribe. He should shrivel up and go away.
buckeyepackfan (28-May) : He wad all butt hurt because Aaron duped the media saying he was immunized.
buckeyepackfan (28-May) : Bradshaw needs to retire. He's been ripping on Rodgers ever since the covid crap. He was all hury
Zero2Cool (28-May) : Terry Bradshaw doesn't want Rodgers in Pittsburgh lol wow
Zero2Cool (27-May) : one day contract, which he also feels is pointless, but if Packers came to him, he would
