Zombie has been dumping on Peyton Manning for years. There are probably a bunch of QBs who he thinks are better than Manning.

Simple fact is.. the QB position is given too much praise and too much blame for a team's performance overall.

Simply put.. it is that very mentality that drives my underlying dislike for the QB position.. they are nothing more than a cog in the wheel of the machine. Might be a bigger cog.. but in the end.. if the cogs aren't working together.. the machine runs for shit.

But someplace along the lines they have been placed on this pedestal and either get showered with roses or hammered with rotten apples.. illogical if you ask me.

Of course, select QB's candy ass diva complexes only shifts that dislike into a loathing hatred that make you want to gab them by the facemask and pound them into the dirt.. lol.

Rodgers had a HUGE impact on the outcome of games this past year.
It's not like he was Trent Dilfer, who rode his defense to a Super Bowl win. Rodgers was unreal in his accuracy.
All that said, who cares what these "experts" say? Does what they say take away from the SB win? It probably doesn't matter to Aaron Rodgers one bit. If anything, it may make him want even more to prove them wrong.
He's a confident dude, and i doubt that anything negative thrown out by the talking heads will affect him.

For the record, Favre has a better Playoff record. It's still mediocre. Both are playoff chokers. Manning choked even more.

And if you wonder why I hate the guy, you nailed it. I've never seen another QB whine more than Peyton Manning. My word. I wonder if his mother still wipes his butt.

As for Romo, indifferent. He has had bad taste in women but that's not something to hate him for. Someone has to go after the chicks I'd kick out of bed.

So what's the criteria? Career whining or whines per season?

If it's career whines, Peyton Manning wins.

If it's whines per season, Cutler wins.

NFL Network is going to be discussing whether or not Aaron Rodgers was ranked too low at #11 in a few minutes.

Edit, what they said...

They say many people are screaming foul that he should be at least top 5.

One guy (Jamie Dukes?) on the show says he wouldn't put him higher than Brees, Manning or Brady, but should have been between 5-10.

Another guy (Mike Lombardi?) says Rodgers was too low.

Another guy (Francis aka Kermit) says the criteria just wasn't defined well. (oddly enough, didn't NFL Network administer the 'survey'?)

Mucky Tundra (11h) : Oh so the refs do know what intentional grounding is
Mucky Tundra (12h) : what the hell was that Goff?! Not much pressure and he just air mails it to Harrison
Mucky Tundra (12h) : They really need to to get rid of the auto first down for illegal contact
Martha Careful (12h) : watching the Vikings and Lions it's understandable why they swept the Packers. So much better product
Mucky Tundra (12h) : Even when GB got pressure he was throwing darts; vs no pressure on that last pass he just air mails an open guy

Mucky Tundra (12h) : Where was this Darnold vs GB?
Mucky Tundra (12h) : BALL DON'T LIE

Zero2Cool (16h) : Mayo was the guy they groomed for HC and one of the reasons they let Bill go.
Mucky Tundra (16h) : Pats have the #4 pick, lots of cap space and Maye at QB; should fetch some attention
Mucky Tundra (16h) : Well that didn't take long; Jerod Mayo out as Patriots HC
Zero2Cool (17h) : I would expect it to be higher in favor of Eagles
Mucky Tundra (17h) : Thst line seems...generous
Zero2Cool (17h) : Eagles -3.5 over Packers in Wildcard Round

Mucky Tundra (4-Jan) : Stinks for Lloyd. Hoping he comes back strong for next year
Zero2Cool (3-Jan) : Packers placed Marshawn Lloyd on reserve non-football illness list
Zero2Cool (3-Jan) : Luke Getsy been helping Packers defense. He's former OC Bears/Raiders and our old QB coach
beast (2-Jan) : Thanks dfosterf, I'm still kicking myself for last week, as I forgot to change to pick Vikings and Lions... after putting in a holding spot.
Zero2Cool (2-Jan) : First alternate: Elgton Jenkins Other alternates: Jordan Love, Kenny Clark, Keisean Nixon, Tucker Kraft, Josh Myers, Jaire Alexander
Zero2Cool (2-Jan) : Pro Bowl still a thing? Guess Packers have three. Jacobs, Gary, McKinney.
dfosterf (2-Jan) : It's a mine field with all the players sitting, etc
dfosterf (2-Jan) : There was quite a bit of "chalk" matchups this year it seemed, but not this week coming up
Zero2Cool (2-Jan) : Or we got better and by we I mean everyone except me
Zero2Cool (2-Jan) : We have about six that by percent would have won nearly any season. I guess 2024 was predictable 🤷
Zero2Cool (2-Jan) : You can check previous seasons. I quick did it and don't think anyone hit 70% before
dfosterf (2-Jan) : Hats off to the Beast
dfosterf (2-Jan) : I'm at 71.76% in pick 'em. 2nd place. Beast is at a flat 75% 9 games ahead. That 75% has got to be unprecedented this late in the season
