Considering you have a perpetually rosy outlook on EVERY member of the team at ALL times, I don't put much stock in what you think on this topic. In the real world, not everyone likes everyone else all the time. That's life. You are going to have to get used to it sooner or later.

If Finley can stay healthy for a couple seasons, he will probably be considered the best TE in the NFL, easily. So you want to cut him because he has some cockiness (sp?)? IMO, that is good for the locker room.
Finley feels like he is the best TE in football. So what? Every player should have that confidence to them.
I just think it would be a huge mistake letting go of one of the most dangerous players in the league.
