Coming out our asses? Uh, the most recent news is Zygi offering to pay almost double what he's offered in the past. And the state and county aren't paying any more than they've offered. Sounds like a win-win to me. And again, with the way those taxes are written up, if one didn't want to pay taxes for the stadium, they didn't have to. Unless they lived in Ramsey county. In which case, maybe they should have voted for better reps. Or just move.. It's not like the Twin Cities are void of other county options or anything.

As far as my statement from earlier.. I'm far more upset with the state's legislature than I am with the Vikings org. They've put off talks for over 12 years with the Vikings and ultimately cost all parties involved (the state, whatever county the new digs will reside, and the Vikings) a shit-ton of money because of it. Finally now that they are talking and actually coming up with bills, plans and proposals, the brass at Winter Park seems to throw a fit because it doesn't meet up with their budget. As if the greatest NFL fans in the world hasn't gone and stretched their budgets to make it to games in a shit-ass building or anything..

Anyway, I'm more or less venting about both parties (state legislature and Vikings brass) and their ineptness to get something done. Meanwhile, us fans get jerked around.

I'm going to type this real slow for you so you understand, that pork does not bother me at all because most of it goes to farmers who line their pockets - it does not go to the state. We have replaced two of the long time democrats in Washington who have made sure that pork keeps rolling in for the Federal Farm Bills. It's the souls of the farmers not mine. So no Dumbass, It doesn't embarrass me at all. North Dakota's coffers are filled with oil tax revenue, which you refuse to recognize because you have this notion that Washington is our piggybank. Hell, I don't think Farmers pay much in ND income tax either. Are you going to bite the literal hand that feeds you? Come back with new material.
