Come on WPR! What's wrong with a little celebrating after a job well done? I, for one, always do the shoryuken at the completion my sermons and the championship belt thing after communion.

I don't think it helps to motivate them or fire them up or anything. proof is that they can get fired up and motivated in HS and college without looking like a fool.
