But my favorite game this season was the Patriot game. Yes a loss. Why. Because we went toe to toe with what many classified as the best team in the AFC without Rodgers.
It proved that they could play with any team in this league in the whatever current status their team was in.

I liked the Patriots game for the same reasons. But my favorite wins, and there were two of them, were games I will remember for many years. And not so much for the games themselves (though they certainly were enjoyable to watch).
These games were my favorites because of the aftermath--where the team's owner decided it would be better to switch coaches in mid-season rather than finish out the season being spanked like they were by the Packers.
Yes, I'm talking the Cowboys and the Vikings games.
If you asked me which two teams I'd like to see fire their coaches the day after playing the Packers, the Vikings and the Cowboys would have been the two I'd have picked, hands down.
Watching those two teams disintegrate--bickering on the sidelines between players and coaches, players quitting on their coaches--couldn't have happened to a couple of nicer organizations.
Even if the Packers hadn't won the Super Bowl, I would have considered the year a success just for those two games alone. Bwahahahahahahaha!
