My wife said this to me last night while I watched replays of our last five games, for the fourth night in a row. I can't go to sleep at night until I have watched all the highlight reels. The last Super Bowl runs I was a junior and senior in high school. So yes it was fun then, but I don't really remember what I felt at the time. This time around my priorities in life are much different. It goes Milo(my son), Green Bay Packers, Wife. I feel like this ride with the Packers has paralleled the growth of my son and my relationship with him. He was born the week of the Dallas Cowboys game last year. Then he was just a meatwad in a diaper, now he walks and tumbles around and cheers when I say Go Pack Go. I'd like to think the Packers have grown that much in the same time as well. He may never have memories of these times with his dad, but there will be plenty of pictures to show how special it can be when my two favorite things in the world are joined together. Go Pack Go!

You guys have wives that just don't understand. My wife taped the replay on NFL channel and I got to watch part of it last night. Usually the cut it down to 90 minutes. This time it looks like the whole game. They even cut out a few of the commercial breaks.
I think I will make an extra copy or two. Give one to my son.

This reminds me of one of the first games at went to, I think it was 84 or 85 but the Redskins came to Lambeau and it was a monday night game that Howard Cossell was afraid to come to. But anyway the part I remember the most is the sign that read. You may beat our Packers but you won't lick our Dickey.


What does this week mean for mean?

It means showing off my green and gold colors to all these Steeler fans around here, I was actually thinking of going to a local rally for the Steelers and wear my Green and Gold and of course my 45 under the jersey lol.

Alot of trash talk is being done and alot of wagering is taking place. I have noticed alot of the Steeler fans talk big about betting, but when it comes to having to wear a Packer jersey if they lose they back down fast.


This week is like having foreplay with a hot Super Model and hopefully after next Sunday I realize this is not a dream.
