And he, Urlacher, Briggs, and Marinelli were so pissed that Peppers even got flagged for that hit. lol

That was quite commical. It couldn't have been a more textbook hit to the head both from Peppers and Briggs. Marinelli might as well have been moaning because the grass was green.

That shot was dirty and cheap, totally a failed knock out blow that warranted an ejection. Any Bear fan, coach, or player that would whine about that hit deserves no respect anywhere. Big Julius is an awesome player that cheapened himself on that play.

God that hit made me cringe. I'm not sure Peppers wanted to knock out A-Rod, but I expect him to get a hefty fine. The NFL hasn't ejected anyone yet (that I know of) for a late hit, so I doubt they would start with Peppers, the Bears best defender, in the NFC Championship game.

It's interesting to see who the new star is each week. week 16 it was Walden, vs. the eagles it was starks, Rodgers, Williams, Woody, and Clay vs. the Falcons, and Raji, Starks, and Masthay today.

Don't you mean Raji, Shields, and Masthay? Starks did almost nothing in the second half.

My sixty inches of Paradise with new Bose sound systems. BWW, I can't hear the game. I went down there for the Steeler game though. The boys are talking about going to the SB, but I don't have any vacation time to squander on that.

I watched the replay several times this evening, and it was absolutely a head-to-head hit. Rodgers didn't tuck his head whatsoever. Peppers aimed for his head the entire time; then to add insult to injury, another player exacerbated the offense by slapping him on the helmet and almost grabbing his facemask.

Think that was Briggs with the slap.
I want to go out like my Grandpa did. Peacefully in his sleep.
Not screaming in terror like his passengers.

correct. I was hoping they would throw another 15 yard penalty. I thought the slap is what cause him to bite his tongue.
