As long as we keep the conveyor belt of talent full and don't mortgage our future on a big name FA or two, I don't see why they couldn't keep this up indefinitely. Within reason of course.

Thing is, there are a hand full of these guys out there every year. Great cordinators who fail as HCs and who try to get back a job as a DC.
Mike Nolan did just as good a job in Denver as Capers did here. There's usually some guys available who can make something happen when they have the talent.
Yes, Capers gets the most out of these guys, but his staff helps a lot, as well.
Trgovac was a rather good DC, as well. I think he used to run a 4-3, but a lot of coordinators can change their style a tad bit.
