You'd expect Florio, who is trained as a lawyer, to know about sound reasoning; apparently he does not.

You pretty much said it all in your initial post Zero.

Also, I wonder if the person walking next to Rodgers was someone from the PR dept. who might have previously instructed Rodgers to avoid stopping for / talking to anyone.

Point is, you cannot come to the conclusion that Florio did based on one single episode, and that too without any context.

This attack on Rodgers by Florio is more classless and despicable than anything Rodgers did.

After watching the video you can see plenty of other people lined up wanting an autograph too. It's not like he singled her out and snubbed her on purpose or anything. He just walked past. I'm sure this kind of stuff happens all the time.

Exactly how was Aaron Rodgers supposed to know she deserves special treatment because she had breast cancer? And why does having cancer merit special attention anyway?

1) What is Florio's obsession with Packers QBs, before this, he was always obsessed with burning Favre (I wonder where grew up, may be he's a Bears fan or something)

2) I think the bigger burn is Matthews! He totally made Aaron look like a jerk by saying that. He obviously didn't know that Aaron didn't sign or whatever but if Matthews doesn't say that, it doesn't look so bad.

Who knows, how do we even know that the stewardess wasn't just talking to Matthews alone and only he knew she was waiting? My thoughts and they mean nothing, if Rodgers knew there was a cancer patient waiting for an autograph and he didn't slow down to look for her at least, that's lame but in the grand scheme of things, who cares.

Overall, I hope this doesn't get picked up by the national media. I know people are going to say "who cares, he knows he does a lot for the community" but it still hurts to have your name dragged through that. People only read headlines and the headline "Rodgers disses cancer patient" is not going to be good for anyone, especially leading into this week. But I suspect this will be ignored and die tomorrow morning.

I love the title of the YouTube video "Rodgers doesn't stop for cancer patient". Unbelievable.

This whole youtube, twitter, facebook news stuff kills me, at least the newspapers had to deal with creditability.

Rogers spends a ton of time doing autographs for fansin the last regular season game he took an entire lap around the stadium shaking fans hands.

Aaron said in his post-game presser that he didn't want to do that lap and that it took the encouraging of Driver to do it. His reason for not doing it? 'was exhausted from the game and started to cramp'

Don't know how you want to read into it. I honestly think Aaron Rodgers wants to limit his access to fans during the season, because once you shake hands with one fan, you have to shake everyone's in the stadium. His focus right now is being the best athlete, not the brightest star.

Reason I feel this way is his Twitter, he completely shut himself off from it for the football season. I wouldn't doube he would be back two weeks after he is done with this season.

Just my two cents.

EDIT: And finally checking out the video, Aaron's eyes weren't even looking up! His earbuds were in. He was minding his own business. Maybe if the lady would have shoved him, maybe Aaron would have gotten his attention.
