I voted no because in atlanta we are going to tear up their secondary so less runnning plays and IMO atlanta has a better run d then philly did

Starks may not have ran for a 100.. but the kid ran for some tough yards.

BTW.. his blitz pickups tonight were huge.. defenses can't queue on him to be in on only runs. Good game for the young man.

Where do the Falcons rate among the NFL in interceptions this year?

Among the highest. I think 4th best. But they obviously couldn't pick off Aaron. :thumbright:

Starks had like 26 attempts, right?

That should say it all. Didn't go over a 100, but fought and got mostly positive yardage.

Credit the O-line for being better than last time we faced the Falcons. If the O-line can maintain this level of play, and Starks can continue his good form.... we are a very, very dangerous offense.

25 carries, 66 yards, long of 13.

Edit, I don't think the OL did better, I think the RB carrying the ball did better. Countless times Starks was hit in the backfield or had to dodge defenders as soon as he touched the ball.

Ah, 1 off. I think the 25 carries speaks volume about Starks' success, at least it speaks more to his success than his numbers. Clearly if he was failing miserably, or not having adequate success, the coaches would not have given it to him 25 times to carry. And B-Jack had a really good run on one of his carries too.

A run game that defenses cannot completely forget about.... that is a beautiful thing.

That might be true. Starks also jumped over defenders and got a first down (or close to it) on one play also. He seems to put his head down and get positive yardage consistently.

I think it is safe to say Starks is our #1 RB right now.
