Was wondering lets say we beat philly at home ... then we get the falcons at home again which IMO we have a good chance of beating (although they are quite a well rounded team).

Then what - do we hope we get the saints (already assuming the seahawks? go down) as opposed to the bears? ... btw where would the saints vs the pack be played at? (I assume at the saints since they have the better record).
- just a little worried about chicago again in the cold since they have a better run game then us and they obviously are stopping the run quite well.

I think we'd win a shootout in the warm weather if it came down to it ...

as far as what teams I'd like us to face in teh AFC; pats seem easier then the steelers ... IMO we didnt do too bad with them.

Of course the jets or KC would be nice 🙂

Lets not get ahead of ourselves with the AFC since the Packers have to win 3 games to get there.

As a 6th seed, it's impossible for the Packers to host a playoff game (unless Atl or NO's roofs collapse due to snow).

I don't think it matters who the Packers play. The NFC is much more evenly matched than records suggest, and the Packers can just as easily shoot themselves in the foot and lose to anyone as they can beat them.

I really don't care who we face. If we can't beat all teams, we're not the best team in the league, and don't deserve to win the Super Bowl. It's simple as that.

Ideally, we'd want the Seahawks to beat the Saints, and after that the Bears, which would mean the Packers would play the Seahawks in Seattle for the NFC Championship, right?

We already beat Phil, and were in a "whoever has the ball last wins" game with Atl, so I suppose the Packer end of the bargain seems plausible.

I kind of want "revenge" on Atlanta as they were the first team ever to beat us at home in the Playoffs. Then I want to beat the Steelers in the SB as they have more SB wins than anyone. I'd like to destroy them in the SB for that reason.

I like your line of thinking...although facing Pit would also mean another SB appearance for them, and although an inevitable loss, I think it'd still add to the accopmlishments of the franchise.

That's ok. The Cows have been there more than the Steelers but the only thing people remember are the wins. Let's not forget the Cows have the same wins as the Niners, and the Niners are seen as the better SB team. It's all about wins.
