LMAO - be glad you don't live in illinois.
we have to be one of the most corrupt states in the country.
i can't even count how many governor's have been put in jail.
and don't even get me started on chicago!
hell the mayor of springfield just killed himself apparently because he stold some money from some sort of estate he was supposed to help settle. i can't WAIT to find out how much he stole from the state.

an island sounds great to me! when we leavin??

Stupid and poor if they are planning on the lottery being their savior. I am not in that position as I have saved and invested for 20 years since my mid-20s.

Honestly though...I have never gambled or played the lottery......just being a little silly to quell the angst of living in our new and enlightened world.

I'm a little puzzled by the tone of this article. It seems to deplore the fact that the prison population in Virginia is declining. Shouldn't it be a good thing that the number of prisoners is going down? Why would we want to continue filling prisons if we don't have to?
