Okay, this is under the assumption that the new CBA puts eligibility for UFA back to 4 years
Good bets:
Mark Tauscher - Wore down and wound up on IR. Too expensive to keep for '11.
Korey Hall - Good ST guy, but gets banged up way too easily and rookie contract expires at the end of the season. Team will lock up Kuhn and keep QJ as his backup.
Daryn Colledge - I think his attitude from last off-season is going to allow the Packers to let him walk after this season. They've got some decent depth on the d-line that can fill in at LG starting next season.
Atari Bigby - The Packers are going to want to give Morgan Burnett every opportunity to come back next season and Peprah made some big strides this season. Bigby's health problems continue to be a problem, so they ultimately let him walk.
Justin Harrell - I think the Packers know it's time for the experiment to end. 4 years and nothing of consequence to show for it. Time to cut ties and move on.
50/50:
Brady Poppinga - Packers like his attitude and motor, but he's pretty much hit his ceiling. There are cheaper options out there who have produced at least as much as he has in Brad Jones and Frank Zombo, so there is always a chance he'll get cut.
Nick Barnett - Suffered season-ending injuries in '08 and '10. His backups have made major strides this season. (mainly in Desmond Bishop) He's got two years left on his current contract, so it wouldn't surprise me if they try to trade him for draft picks and try and get a contract extension done with Bishop.
AJ Hawk - Technically under contract for '11, but it's at a salary that makes it seem very hard for the Packers keeping him around at. He could be the odd-man out here at ILB and the Packers decide to cut him before March, but it also wouldn't surprise if they restructure his deal and sign him to an extension.
Desmond Bishop - He's still young and has made some big strides this year now that he has gotten an opportunity to play. Green Bay should definitely try to lock him up if they're going for youth. I honestly only see them keeping three of their group of 4 ILBs (Barnett, Hawk, Chillar, Bishop) going into '11 based mainly on financials.
Cullen Jenkins - I think it would be stupid for Green Bay to let him walk. He's proven very effective in the 3-4 defense as a pass rusher. A core nucleus of Raji, Jenkins, Pickett, Jolly, Green, and CJ Wilson on the defensive line for 2011 would be as good as any 3-4 defensive line in the league. Plenty of beef for run stopping while still having your core guys for pass rushing.
Johnny Jolly - The defensive line has done a decent job this season despite not having Jolly, and there is always a chance GB could cut him do to his off-field problems, but if they're willing to give someone like Koren Robinson a chance, I can easily see them keeping him around for '11 assuming he continues to stay out of trouble.
There's many others, but I don't really feel like typing a book here. 😛
