1- Why doesn't Aaron Rodgers ever get a chance to end games like this, it usually always the opposing team that ends up scoring with leaving twenty seconds left.

2- Why can't we ever upset teams like these? We always end up losing to an upset team once in a while, but it never happens for us to win an upset game.

3- Would the Packers have played as good if Aaron Rodgers was in?

4- Why did Mike McCarthy go 3 and out with 3 passes right after Patriots scored and we still had the lead?

*** 5 *** - Why in the hell is all our team injured??? Specially all the key players !!!

Grant - Finley - Burnett - Barnett - Poppinga - Jenkins - Chillar etc...

6- Can we use our 1st pick this year to draft a special teams KR / PR please for the love of god?

7- Am I the only one that wonders about these questions?

It seems strange, but I think Mike McCarthy put much more effort into the game plane because he couldn't rely on Rodgers' proven ability. mm's aggressiveness fueled his offense during the first half. Had he stayed aggressive the whole game (going for it on 4th & goal) the Packers would have won the game.

Oooooohhh pick me for number 6.... We can more than likely spend a 6th round pick this year on a guy like Brandon Hogan out of WV... he'll probably run a sub 4.4 and is a dynamite returner who will inevitably work as a coverage guy as well... GB never really takes hard looks at these guys or keeps them on the team because Ted usually has so much talent that these guys end up getting cut in favor of guys that hold up better in defense as well

7- No... it's natural because it always feels like we should be at the top of the mountain yet never are so these questions enter the thought process... Someday we will concentrate on spending some money on proven O-Lineman and be a complete juggernaut on offense

8- why do out STs continue to fail at the worst times?

8.5- why is Solcom still our ST coordinator

9. what is it with this team and inconsistancy? from Mike McCarthy to the O-line, pass-rush, streaks of the dropsies, ??? :cussing:

10.Why dont we play this agressive every week? when Mike McCarthy and Capers are agressive we dominate.

11. BJ Raji abused a good interior. (not a ? but it had to be said)

10. a. More to the point, why doesn't this team sticks with what WORKS? Why will they be aggressive for a quarter or two and then completely back off? I feel like they'd rather be clever than risk being predictable, so they cut off their nose to spite their face.

1. Dunno. Perhaps its because he's from California.
2. I think you'll find that this is true for almost every team. Come from behind in last minutes is good theater, but my guess is that it actually happens quite seldom in reality. Even for the P*ytons and Tomt*ms.
3. Better. Flynn had a very good game, IMO, but a healthy Rodgers is much better.
4. No clue. This pissed me off royally at the time, as did the next posession's play calling.
5. Anyone see a stat? I think injuries are up all over this year.
6. No, no, no, and a thousand times no. OL OL OL.
7. No. (Though I do think #6 is worried about much too much.)
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I agree with Wade on #6. If Ted Thompson were to waste a first-round pick on a returner instead of an offensive lineman, he would deserve summary firing.

Slightly off topic, when I think of all the players the Packers have on IR this year, coupled with the number of scrubs who made significant contributions this year, I have to think the Packers are going to lead the league again next year in waived players picked up by other teams. Though from what I've seen, almost all of the players the Packers waived this year were subsequently waived by the teams who picked them up.

You might be right Nonstopdrivel, another question I have been asking is.. what about Players like Zombo and Bishop.. Will they're emergence and in my opinion, very good overall performances from them this year, effect the starters they have replaced next year? Gotta wonder if this will factor into what Ted Thompson decides to do next year with our LB group and other players like the two I mentioned.

dfosterf (22-Jan) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
