Based on what we saw yesterday though, can we really beat the Pats? They haven't just been beating people, they have been CRUSHING them, and this game is at home where they have won 26 straight. The odds are completely stacked against us.

1. The Players will or better be jacked up to play this game.. these are the types of match ups against an upper level team that you live for. Emotion and fire shouldn't be an issue.
2. I have to believe that Rodgers will play.. he looked pissed on the sidelines before the half and I think we wanted to play.. however the NFL rules prohibit it and honestly.. better safe and sorry in that scenario.
2a... Jennings and the receiving corp can't afford game changing drops like Jennings yesterday.. take advantage of every opportunity.
3. We have three corners that can match up and play those receivers.. and one thing that we do well is jam them at the line.. disrupting that quick pass offense.. especially with Welker.
4. Their defense can be had.. sorry but the Bears offense isn't a real dynamic offense and Sanchez is still young and reeling for the last what five games. The Jets offense isn't all that good honestly past their run game.. stack the line and make Sanchez beat you.. more times than not now.. he will give you opportunities. So the last two weeks, that defense has faced an offense like ours when we click and play on a natural surface.. watch Clifton rebound with a outstanding game this weekend again. (For Zombie especially.. why I have hammered on the run game to make us more complete and give us more chances to play on our turf.)
5. Our pass rush (which took another ding in Zombo) better bring its A game.. because if we don't get pressure early on Brady.. he will pick us apart for yards.. we need to apply pressure early.. IMO.. that is the key to the game. We can take away his quick strikes to Welker through the above noted jams.. but if we give him time.. turn out the lights.
I think we can win.. and walking in their scared won't help. The Pats are playing well.. but they are not the best team we have played on the field.. best coached probably.. but we have played more talented team and won.
