Offseason - sign Cullen Jenkins, sign Free Agent left guard and center. I am so sick of watching a weak Darryn Colledge and a light in the pants Scottie Wells fail at pass blocking and run blocking. We also draft another tackle in the first round. The offensive line was disgraced today, and Campen should just hand in his resigntation.

Playoffs, Playoffs. We'll still get in, but we will be a road team all the way again.

I predicted we'd lose this game, then bounce back against New England. That's Mike McCarthy's pattern. You start out hot, then in games 4-8 you find your way back to .500. Your guys have a come to jesus meeting after some really ugly losses, then you right the ship and win a bunch of games down the stretch to squeak into the playoffs. But you lose one ugly along the way against a vastly inferior opponent, then come back to win a game in which you are an underdog.
It's a pattern. Still, I'm discouraged with Mike McCarthy's offense. The defense showed up. The offense didn't. It's happened before.

You try to call plays with that OLine.

We couldn't run OR pass today, simply because of our line.

If we had screens and traps in our playbook, we could slow that rush down.

We had a few screens called. They just weren't executed well at all.

Agree on all of the above, except about needing a C to replace Wells. Wells has been solid, and in the past 1 and a half seasons (since he got back his starting job via Spitz injury) this is like his second bad performance.

Wells is still a viable component of this o-line; hell twice this year dude has solo pancaked Pat Williams of the Vikings. I think he is pretty valuable.

It's pretty funny (in the bad way) that we find out today Daryn Colledge is indeed our best LG. Spitz went in and then was replaced by TJ Lang, who has been getting extensive work at T. Lang showed a touch of promise, but it's pathetic that the best we can do is Daryn Colledge.

Would love another T to cover for Clifton or to replace Tausher. Clifton was bad, but considering he was injured throughout the week... well I would have liked an option to replace him.

We got some work to do on the O-line, still.

I'd replace the whole left side of the line from today's performance. It's not like that young Detroit line is going anywhere. Rodgers definitely makes our O-line look better than it really is. AADP, I would consider Wells an overachieving adequate player. We can do better, but we have to spend some money to get there.

At least we weren't losing 33-0 at half and being outgained 273-33.

As bad as we were today, I think we can at least be score 3 points at halftime and put up 35 yards on the Pats 🙂

We haven't played New England yet. This team will get blown up by these guys. Very very solid team and rarely makes stupid mistakes and is well coached.

Cowher would atleast draft a GOOD running back and have a decent oline, instead our GM just worries about being the "youngest team in the league". I see just drafting the guys you want is working real well.
