No.. some lazy bums build a garage so they can continue to be lazy and not deal with the snow. ;)

And some of us real lazy bastards buy insulation and sheetrock and a heater, and get a few buddies together and install these items, so we have the luxury of getting into a warm vehicle. But by all means Cheesey and Formo, scrape those windshields clean. Of course I'm sure you realize that if you ran your vehicles for about 10 minutes, the defrosters would take care of it for you. :thumbleft:

Yeah.....spend $2 in gas every day to clear your windshield. Better not let AL Gore hear this!!! He'll be over at your house to yell at you! LOL!

My Mom drilled it into my head to clear off the entire car before you drive.
Which makes sense. As Formo said, the snow on the roof blows down over your rear window.
And.....if you have a foot of snow on your car, it will take ALOT longer then 10 minutes running the defrosters to melt THAT! LOL!

Yeah.. If you have ANY sort of accumulation of snow, running the defrosters doesn't help much. Especially for the rear window in my car, as it has no defroster.

Hey Tweetle Dee and Tweetle Dumbass - I'm not arguing with, I'm making fun of you. I have heated leather seats too, and a car starter.

I have an idea, come out this summer and extract honey for me, and I'll upgrade both your vehicles, and get you some rear defroster and car starters.

A major goal in my life is to be [strike]lazy[/strike] affluent enough that I can spend November to April in Tahiti.

Where the only snow is in JPG files.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I prefer to bitch about not going, lol

Actually-- I don't.

Because of my wife's agrophobia and somesuch, she has made it her business to "send me off" on vacations in the past.

She's a good girl-fair, "concerned" about "crampin' my style"...

Complete free pass, anywhere I wanna go.

I put the "kibash" (SP?) on that long ago, and that includes Packer games and stuff.

I miss the tropics (example) in some sense, but they aren't worth a damn without a girl, and that is pretty much true of this whole damn planet, and I have quite a bit of experience in the arena...

I'm rich enough to hang on to this little Harrisburg girl, in Harrisburg, just barely... I have great wealth. :thumbleft: I still cannot believe she puts up with my ass, lol

You wanna see the world? I might suggest dancing lessons, you'd just have to see a different one than they show in the brochures for Hawaii and shit.

...Not directed at you in particular Wade, this is good advice for all...

imo

Of course I could also get rich. If it works for Marines, perhaps it would even work for an ivory tower type. 🙂

I'm an Arthur Murray man, also!
I felt scammed, but I also felt like I got even.

They hit me with the hottie for the first ten (Was it 20? don't remember)visits, then sloughed me off to the plan "b" chick once I signed up.

She was no where near as easy on the eyes upon first glance, but she DID have a shit-hot-bod even IN that first glance...

PLUS she was INTO it :)

I'd rather go to Arthur Murray than be married, if pushed on an opinion, lol
(gentlemen should know how to dance, put it in your repertoire, all b.s. objections notwithstanding)

How did this thread go from Kelso and Leo scrapping windshields to Grumpy Old men doing the fox trot in ugly shirts? 🙂

I hope "extracting honey" isn't a sexual proposition. That being said, still a sweet deal. 🙂

Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Fake news. Cowboys say no
Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Mystery candidate in the Cowboys head coaching search believed to be Packers ST Coordinator Rich Bisaccia.

beast (23-Jan) : I wonder why the Jets always hire defensive coaches to be head coach
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Aaron Glenn Planning To Take Jets HC Job
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Martha- C'est mon boulot! 😁
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Thank you

wpr (22-Jan) : Beast- back to yesterday, I CAN say OSU your have been Michigan IF the odds of making the playoffs were more urgent.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : I've been near death ill last several days, finally feel less dead and site issues.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : It is a big deal. This host is having issues. It's frustrating.
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : just kidding...it was down
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : you were blocked yesterday, due to a a recalcitrant demeanor yesterday in the penalty box for a recalcitrant demeanor
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
beast (21-Jan) : You can't assume Ohio State would of won the Michigan game...
beast (21-Jan) : Rankings were 1) Oregon 2) Georgia 3) Texas 4) Penn State 5) Notre Dame 6) Ohio State, none of the rest mattered
wpr (21-Jan) : Texas, ND and OSU would have been fighting for the final 2 slots.
wpr (21-Jan) : Oregon and Georgia were locks. Without the luxury of extra playoff berths, Ohios St would have been more focused on Michigan game.
wpr (21-Jan) : Zero, no. If there were only 4 teams Ohio State would have been one of them. Boise St and ASU would not have been selected.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : So that was 7 vs 8, that means in BCS they never would made it?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : A great game. Give ND credit for coming back, although I am please with the outcome.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : FG to make it academic
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : and there's the dagger
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooo 8 point game with 4 minutes to go!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooooooohhhhhh he missed!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Ooooo that completion makes things VERY interesting
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Game not over yet
beast (21-Jan) : Oh yeah, Georgia starting quarterback season ending elbow injury
beast (21-Jan) : Sadly something happened to Georgia... they should be playing in this game against Ohio State
beast (21-Jan) : I thought Ohio State and Texas were both better than Notre Dame & Penn State
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame getting rolled
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : Ohio State just got punched in the gut. Lets see how they respond
