Kudo's module needs some heavy coding yet to intergrate it. I'll be coding out the ability for one to hide their online status as well. That annoys the piss out of me. 278 people had the nerve to hide their status. Something that's bothered me about a FORUM. It's not enough we hide behind a screen name, but one has to hide the online status of said screen name? No reason for it.

I said something about the online status, not hiding behind ones screen name.

I'm leaning towards me being stupid and not understanding the connection, but it seems like you're reaching hard to throw that back in my face. Guess I'm a prune, I don't see the humor in that. More annoying that something petty keeps getting thrown in my face without justifying the need for it.

I made a simple comment the other day about my online status being changed.. responded with this.

So I simply tried to make light of the scolding.. by mentioning it again.. not to put you down but more in a volley back.

Sorry.. failed humor attempt I guess.

Oh, I did come off like an asshole there. My fault. I remember saying that, I was thinking "wonder how people would talk in person if they weren't hidden behind a screen name?" ... didn't curb that thought when I seen 278 or something people hiding their online status.

I never understood that and no ones ever explained why it was necessary. I remember when we had a staff, two or three of ya chumps were hiding your online status!! :shakes fist:

Based on the miss-perceptive comments from others I'm gonna say the perception is myself. I could probably point to three or four factors into that perception as well. ;)
