Who has the largest ego on the forum?

Real or pseudo.

Hmmm... I wonder who's going to get the most votes on this one. :profileleft:

Interesting timing for a question of this nature.

Based on the miss-perceptive comments from others I'm gonna say the perception is myself. I could probably point to three or four factors into that perception as well. ;)

Realistically, I don't think anyone here has a large ego. Sure, we all have an ego to some degree I suppose, but nothing that would deem a label of having a 'large' ego.

I'd have to say Zero or Dakota, with Rourke rounding out the top 3. 🙂

Actually a single post drew the question..

Buy her a one-way ticket my way. I'll convert her.

So I thought.. what the hell.. lets see what the members think, some that hide behind their screen name.. and some that don't. ;)

BTW.

I would vote Rourke.. just not sure if it is actual or pseudo in nature.

Can you define "ego"?

I always thought of ego as thinking you were better than others or your thinking or things you do supersedes that of others.

I actually thought that NSD would run away with this one.

Not so much because I think he's an egomaniac, but more so because he comes over as being very selfconfident.

Agreed.. I was hoping not to cloud the waters with my reasoning.. really wondering how people perceive others here. And personally I wonder how that really lines up with the person overall.

My vote would actually be for Dave Foster. He accomplished a lot in his career. He's a tough motherfucker. That takes a lot of ego. Or a whole lot of stupidity, and I know for a fact Foster isn't stupid. After perhaps only Wade, Foster is probably the most intelligent, erudite man on this board.

Kudo's module needs some heavy coding yet to intergrate it. I'll be coding out the ability for one to hide their online status as well. That annoys the piss out of me. 278 people had the nerve to hide their status. Something that's bothered me about a FORUM. It's not enough we hide behind a screen name, but one has to hide the online status of said screen name? No reason for it.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
