That Texans franchise screwed up in so many departments during its first few years, especially personel-wise, that I'll give him the benefit of the doubt there.

As to an earlier post... Trgovac would be great to just step into the role, normally, but he's been a 4-3 guy his entire career.
Now, I've seen coaches make the transition more often and he should've learned a thing or two from Capers by now, but you never know what results he'll post.
I do love that his defenses usually know how to get after the passer, being a defensive line coach and all.
