Exactly. It was a bad call by the officials. But there wasn't sufficient evidence to overturn the call, apparently.

But it should be noted that the Jets didn't have a challenge to use therefore we don't know if there was sufficient evidence to overturn it or not.
Maybe I'm wrong and they had a time out and challenge to spare?
Edit, the Woodson pick was in the 4th quarter. Jets, no challenges, and had three time outs. Keller did NOT have possession of the ball therefore he was not down by contact. Unless I understand that rule wrong too.
