What ever happened to Toribio lol? (To Z2C, NSD or anyone: How do you put a lol correctly in a sentence?)
I didn't watch Wynn specifically tonight but I saw him (94) a lot on the field tonight.

Chiefs picked him up the day after he was cut.

Another thing that annoyed me about the broadcast last night is they never announced the starting line ups. I wanted to know if Cullen and Pickett were starting. I hardly even recall Pickett being in the game, so the team won this with an incredibly young and raw front line.

Very big win and these guys played well, but they will get exposed by a better , more consistent team. I would also like to see us pick up another Dline if one is available.

I was curious about that. I remember asking around the start of the second quarter if they ever showed our defensive starters.

I doubt that there is anyone out there who fits us better than Wilson or Wynn,
If there is, who do you cut, put on IR?
Tough situation given that there is only a 53 man roster.
I'm thinkin what we have is what we got.
Hopefully it works.

I'm not going to condemn Ted for not having a plan for this.

Oh, by no means was I trying to condemn Ted for not being prepared for this; it is difficult to see your team being forced to use you #6 and #7 (Wynn was cut and then later resigned) to fill significant snaps.

My sort of plea for him to get capable bodies emerges from the lack of depth currently available. Lang is an O-linemen, and Montgomery is a terrible fit for this scheme. I hope (if I had any authority in the organization I'd use the word 'implore') Ted realizes he needs to give his coaches more than Michael Montgomery and therefore goes out to sign someone that is more physically equipped to serve as 3-4 DE.

is there any stud LB's available to flank the other side of Matthews? That might help as well, just not sure such a thing is available.

also not sold on our running game. Jackson and Kuhn have done well, but I don't think that holds up. I would like more of a weapon to go with the passing attack.

Michael Montgomery would normally be activated in this game, but the injury to Jenkins came too late for that to happen. I think the Packers need another nose tackle. B.J. Raji is going to wear down eventually. I'm quite concerned about this especially since Jenkins is probably out for some time now.

I would think that they would rotate Pickett over there.. if he can get healthy.

BTW.. Lang had some nice push on a couple of those plays.. drawing the double duty and going somewhat unnoticed doing it.

I can't believe that they have stooped so low that they're putting Lang in on 3rd/4th and short stands!

...and porky88, you said Cullen is out for some time? I thought he just had a calf strain?!? I honestly haven't heard anything so just asking what's up with Cullen.

A calf strain makes it hard to plant or explode off one's stance. I'm not surprised it will sideline him for a while.
