I have the same feeling when the Yankees get eliminated as I do when Duke loses in the tournament each year. But it's hard to argue against their hardware. I'm sure there are people that feel the same about the Packers.

Nolan Ryan was asked what kind of contract it'll take to retain Cliff Lee.
Nolan responded "you'll have to ask the Yankees".

MLB, you need a freaking salary cap so these pathetic teams don't continue to try and BUY a championship. It's diluting the talent through the leagues! It's better to have your star players all over the place instead of one or two teams.

More star players on other teams, more money because more will want to watch!

I despise the Yankees, and their "fans" should be kicked in the nuts, for giggles.

Let's see how many championships they can get if the cap is half of their current payroll.
