I have the same feeling when the Yankees get eliminated as I do when Duke loses in the tournament each year. But it's hard to argue against their hardware. I'm sure there are people that feel the same about the Packers.

MLB, you need a freaking salary cap so these pathetic teams don't continue to try and BUY a championship. It's diluting the talent through the leagues! It's better to have your star players all over the place instead of one or two teams.

More star players on other teams, more money because more will want to watch!

They do have the hardware but as Zero says they buy them and ruin it for every other team in the league especially the small market teams. While it is true they follow the rules in place today nevertheless it is disgusting.

Let's see how many championships they can get if the cap is half of their current payroll.
