I get it, we're banged up but so they are (but obviously not as much as us). They have a bunch of key injuries to the CBs and Safeties, all we have to do is pick on Lito Sheppard, he gave up 3 TDs in the Dallas game. Plus their O-Line sucks with Sullivan in and it sucks even more with Sullivan out. Our passing game plan should be able to exploit some weakness in their secondary and our blitz should be able to get some sacks.
But the biggest reason why we should be confident is that the Vikings are on the road.
They are 0-2 this year
@ Saints (L)
@ Jets (L)
They lost in the playoffs last year
@ Saints (L)
Then last regular season
@ Bears (L)
@ Panthers (L)
@ Cardinals (L)
They've lost 6 straight games on the road (someone correct me if I'm wrong, this is based on looking at their schedule).
They are a horrible road team. I will be very disappointed in this team if they lose, the injuries are obviously a factor but with Matthews back, we should beat them at home.
Btw, on the road at this point, @ Vikings, I think we get beat, probably easily. Because they are very good at home. But come on maaaaaaaan, they've lost 6 in a row on the road, we can do it!
