I like watching players get Zombo'd

The thing is, I like them both. I'm hoping one outplays the other vs one takes the field because another is hurting.

If Zombo is an improvement in pass rush over Jones, then I would go with Zombo starting over Jones.

Relentless and violent upon contact. What's not to like about the kid? Once again, Ted Thompson finds a keeper late or outside of the seven round draft!

Gotta love that name for a football player, especially on defense.

...ANOTHER SACK BY ZOMBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ! ! !
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

I've been a Jones backer since he was drafted but from what I've seen to date, I'll take Zombo over Jones.
Stay healthy Frank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Count me among the Zombo converts. He's been nothing but impressive since his first preseason appearance, while Jones was entirely unremarkable in his two regular season games.

And while Jones did a nice job filling in for Kampman last year, I thought that at least three of his four sacks were cleanup work. Zombo looks like he is better at bringing the initial pressure, which is a higher level skill.

I do hope that Jones returns to full health soon so that these guys can battle it out for the starting spot.

I don't have as much of a problem with Zombo starting as I do with Clay Mathews talking like he's a 10 year veteran instead of a sophomore. But I guess Clay has proven himself already.

I think the best thing to come of this, is we can keep poppinga on the bench more.

ya Im not mad at zombo for that hit on crybaby...errr I mean cutler; nice hit!

I like this guy ALOT more then I do jones; I never really liked jones - seems to have similar qualities to CM; high motor and strong. Brad jones just seemed a bit too weak as a OLBer.

I have a feeling these 2 guys will be causing alot of havok on the field in future games together.

I agree. Zombo has that intangible toughness that sadly cannot be taught at any level, a guy is just born with it. If he can provide more pass rush than Jones (and he can), let's keep him in there and see what the guy can do. I just hope his motor doesn't burn out because he's running hot. Keep it up!
