The entire team should be running 10 laps for each one of those penalties, or until they've all puked, whichever comes SECOND. Then they do 10 situps for each penalty. Then 10 pushups. Then 10 squat thrusts. Then 10 mountain climbers.
Whatever it takes. Make these guys puke until they puke blood. Assholes.
