If there are any Jets fans out there, this is where you personally thank me for starting this thread. Nice win over the Chargers today!

Next year, I will be sure to start a "Packers suck" thread.

I hate the jets more rex ryan that fat slob. On espn today he proceeded to cry about revis not winning d player of the year. He said "I'd like to mention a number and that's 8 no not how many td passes the packers gave up sunday it's how many td passes we allowed all year." I don't mind him saying his guy should've won that's fine but to throw in that little jab at the packers showed a total lack of class. Oh not to mention the only reason the jets made it in the playoffs was because the colts and bengals did not care about winning and let the jets win. I hope the jets endure the worst playoff loss in nfl history this weekend.

yeah i caught that this morning too. the dude is a windbag in every sense of the word. he has a total lack of professionalism, and thats why i can't wait until they have their asses handed to them this week.

i also hate the way his fat face moves when he talks.

what an ass.

Can't believe the Jets are in the AFC title game.
I think the Colts will light them up.

I don't know.

The Nr. 1 defense against Peyton Manning will be a match-up to watch.

As will the Nr. 1 rushing offense against an undersized D-line and average LB group.

This could be another upset win and make them this years Cardinals.

Rex Ryan is a stud, IMO.

I loved his statement, and he's right. Some just need to take the googles off (no disrespect for Woodson.. But Revis was better this year).

Also, I found it HILARIOUS that a Packer fan said how much he hates when Rex's 'fat face moves when he talks' when his very own coach looks the same.

Damn All-Pro voters. Nothing more than a bunch of Packers homers.

There's been enough talk about this, hence why everyone is wisely avoiding your post.

Apart from me, of course.

Anyway, like I said. The Nr. 1 defense against Peyton Manning will be a match-up to watch.

As will the Nr. 1 rushing offense against an undersized D-line and average LB group.

Rex Ryan is a great coach. He's a horrible guy if he's not on your team, but the man is a defensive mastermind. If there's anyone I would want running my offense, it'd be him.

And he can evaluate talent very well. Where everyone passed on spending big money on Bart Scott and Jim Leonhard, he, and the Jets FO, did just that. It's obviously worked out for the best.

I don't like the Jets or the Colts.
I never root for the AFC team in the Super Bowl anyway.

I sure enough do like those Jets cheerleaders though
I heard that the Colts cheerleaders are a bunch of horse faces.

That game just proved to me what I've thought for the last few years, the Chargers have been consistently overrated the last few years. A ridiculous number of "experts" picked them to make the Super Bowl for the last 3 years. I never saw what they saw, and I watched many of their games. I'm no expert, but sometimes you can tell when a team has "it", and they never have.

Fan Shout
Zero2Cool (27m) : NFL thought it would get more attention week preceding Super Bowl.
Zero2Cool (28m) : Yes, the Pro Bowl. It was played Sunday before Super Bowl from 2010-2022
packerfanoutwest (28m) : pro bowl
Zero2Cool (32m) : From 2010 to 2022, it was played on the Sunday before the Super Bowl
Zero2Cool (33m) : They moved it to the BYE week before Super Bowl several years ago.
packerfanoutwest (38m) : it was always after the SB.....
beast (10h) : Though I stop following pro bowl years ago
beast (10h) : I thought the pro game was before the Super Bowl?
packerfanoutwest (10h) : ok now for the Pro Bowl Game in Hawaii
TheKanataThrilla (11h) : If I was Philly I would try to end it instead of punting it
Mucky Tundra (11h) : VICTORY! We have (moral) victory!
TheKanataThrilla (11h) : Hey they mentioned that we 3-peted
Mucky Tundra (12h) : seems to me the 49ers should have traded Aiyuk when they had the chance
Mucky Tundra (12h) : if the Eagles get it down to the 1, do they Tush Push or give it to Barkley?
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : 49ers have a money problem if they want to sign their QB
Mucky Tundra (12h) : Wait for real? Didn't he just get an extension two years ago?
Zero2Cool (12h) : 49ers gonna trade Deebo. Interesting
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : Replays always never seem to show the holdings
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : Great throw by Hurts
Mucky Tundra (12h) : Where Carter falls prey to bad off the field influences (to be clear, not saying he'd clip someone though)
Mucky Tundra (12h) : Had Carter not gone to Philly were they already had a lot of old college friends, he ends up in a similar spot to Aaron Hernandez
Mucky Tundra (12h) : I think some of his coaches told scouts to stay away
Mucky Tundra (12h) : the street racing incident+conditioning and motivation problems
beast (12h) : Then Carter was street racing, where the other car crashed and people died... and other teams were scared to pick Carter for some reason
beast (12h) : I think the Saints traded up, giving their next year 1st to the Eagles, and then they sucked and Eagles got the 10th overall pick
packerfanoutwest (12h) : wtf Barkley?
TheKanataThrilla (12h) : Getting Carter and Nolan Smith in the first round in 2023 was pretty darn good
Mucky Tundra (13h) : for some reason i'm thinking of a draft where the Eagles where in the mid 20s and a top player fell all the way to them
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : I think so. I would need to look it up. Think it may have been Carolina's pick.
Mucky Tundra (13h) : i'm not sure who i'm thinking of now
Mucky Tundra (13h) : oh fuck me i messed that up
Zero2Cool (13h) : Jordan Davis was 13th overall
Zero2Cool (13h) : Carter was 9th overall
Zero2Cool (13h) : Eagles had 15th and 10th selections, moved to 13 and 9 to get Davis and Carter back to back
Zero2Cool (13h) : Eagles traded up for Carter, didn't they?
Mucky Tundra (13h) : Obviously he was a huge risk but getting a top 5 talent on the dline in the mid 20s is fortuitous
Mucky Tundra (13h) : Jalen Carter falling into their lap certainly helps
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : And we could only wish to have this type of D
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : It's not like Philly has had low draft picks, but has managed to get themselves a top notch pass rush. We spend so much draft capital of D
packerfanoutwest (13h) : another crap halftime show
TheKanataThrilla (13h) : I think it is over, but then I think of Atlanta and want Philly to go in with the same intensity in the second half
Mucky Tundra (13h) : And with a Pass Rush that might as well be on a milk cartoon and no Jaire
Martha Careful (13h) : I cant help but feel good about how well the Packers D played in Philly during the playoffs
Mucky Tundra (13h) : this game is over
Mucky Tundra (13h) : This might be the kill shot here
Mucky Tundra (13h) : oh that's such a bad penalty for KC after getting the 3rd down stop
TheKanataThrilla (14h) : Philly DL has come to play
TheKanataThrilla (14h) : Ceoper DeJean with the INT scored...bad memories of draft night
Mucky Tundra (14h) : ok scratch that
Mucky Tundra (14h) : Game feels like last years Super Bowl: 49ers started off in control, moved the ball well but didn't have much of a lead to show for it
