In his defense he probably has been up for 4 hours now so it is probably a catnap before lunch.

There is no doubt in my mind old Dom nodded off for a moment.
The wakeup jerk tells it all.
Falling asleep at odd times is a sign of depression and he had to be depressed watching his 3-4 baby die.

Of course.

My dog isn't spoiled. He just prefers to wait to eat breakfast until he can do so while lying in my lap. :)

One of the few advantages of being obese: I provide a great pillow for the dog. 😎

I think he is blinking right before the "nap" jerk..In fact blinks twice?

To me it looks like he isnt and to explain the jerk could have been a hic up? I know that happens to me sometimes when I hic up

I think that game gave him temporary Tourettes'. I had to explain to my neighbors after the game that I had Tourettes' and couldn't help it.

I get really pissed about the players that sit down on the sidelines. Shouldn't they be standing up and dying to get back on the field? They look lazy and ready to quit when they sit down.

/sarcasm

I am so sick and tired of reading on this forum how people are upset (or were upset) that our coaches (esp. Mike McCarthy) aren't out there yelling at guys all fired up 100% of the time.

Football also requires brains and if you're out there always acting like a glorified cheerleader instead of using your head to pick apart your opponent and develop a strategy then you will get beat.

I'm sure Capers was frustrated, as we all experience in our jobs sometimes.

Let's all stop reading into the game. If we're not on the sidelines or on the team, there's almost no possible way we know what's going on or running through someone's mind.

I've played for both the laid back type coach and the fired up coach. Let me first say that just because the coach is fuming on the sidelines DOES NOT mean he doesn't have the brains for the game....thats what I get from reading your post.
If your coach is a laid back guy, you are going to have laid back players...plain and simple. Capers is in the box so that doesn't really matter. The coaches on the sideline have to have emotion as well. End.

I remember seeing that during the game but didn't read much into it at that time. Is it a jerk from falling asleep??? I have done that before and it looked like it.

I take that and compare it to being in class :thumbright:
If I fell asleep during an 8 am class, I would wake up and pretend I am doing something. I am going to read into this and say he passed out just like our damn #2 defense did.

I had a boss i worked with......he had one of those "sleeping sicknesses". He would be sitting at his desk, and WHAM....he'd be out.
He told me, one day he drove home from work.......drove into his driveway, turned off the car. He was out. He woke up, saw the garage door in front of him, and thought he was driving! Grabbed the wheel and slammed on the breaks!
He was a real nice guy too, so i felt sorry for him. It was pure misery for him.

i remember this moment during the game. the low res video is playing a little bit of a trick. he was pissed and cussing. it was really obvious when i watched the game live. if mike sherman was in the box though, you may have an argument.UserPostedImage

I'm still pretty sure he was sleeping I mean come on ... how can he be not sleeping what else can that reaction be?

I'm not complaining about coaching but hey it does happen you get sleepy after days of preparation I'm sure he was tired.

dfosterf (8h) : PFOW Out of our division would be a good thing imo
Zero2Cool (9h) : Jameson Williams is done at 24 years old? What? He's a WR, not QB. I'm missing something here haha
wpr (10h) : Tomorrow is almost here.
packerfanoutwest (10h) : would you want him if Pack needed a back up qb?
packerfanoutwest (10h) : JW is done......stick a fork in him
Zero2Cool (12h) : You should. He goes to AFC that helps Packers.
packerfanoutwest (22h) : don't care
Zero2Cool (22-Apr) : Lions shopping Jameson Williams?
packerfanoutwest (22-Apr) : Packers General Manager Brian Gutekunst says Green Bay’s roster can win, even without adding anyone in the draft.
Zero2Cool (22-Apr) : It's a poor design. New site has SignalR like our gameday chat

wpr (17-Apr) : 7 days
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : sounds like Packers don't get good compensation, Jaire staying
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Nobody coming up with a keep, but at x amount
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Trade, cut or keep
dfosterf (16-Apr) : that from Jaire
dfosterf (16-Apr) : My guess is the Packers floated the concept of a reworked contract via his agent and agent got a f'
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : Yes, and that is why I think Rob worded it how he did. Rather than say "agent"
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Same laws apply. Agent must present such an offer to Jaire. Cannot accept or reject without presenting it
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : I'm thinking that is why Rob worded it how he did.
dfosterf (16-Apr) : The Packers can certainly still make the offer to the agent
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Laws of agency and definition of fiduciary responsibility
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Jaire is open to a reduced contract without Jaire's permission
dfosterf (16-Apr) : The agent would arguably violate the law if he were to tell the Packers
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : That someone ... likely the agent.
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : So, Jaire has not been offered nor rejected a pay reduction, but someone says he'd decline.
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : Demovksy says t was direct communication with someone familiar with Jaire’s line of thinking at that moment.
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : Demovsky just replied to me a bit ago. Jaire hasn't said it.
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Of course, that depends on the definition of "we"
dfosterf (16-Apr) : We have been told that they haven't because he wouldn't accept it. I submit we don't know that
dfosterf (16-Apr) : What is the downside in making a calculated reduced offer to Jaire?
Zero2Cool (15-Apr) : Packers are receiving interest in Jaire Alexander but a trade is not imminent
