Well since some people are eating their servings of crow I figured I'd grab my knife and fork and dig in. I did not in my wildest dreams see Favre playing as well as he did this year, especially the by far career low of 7 interceptions, but also the 33 tds and more than 4,000 yards. He had one of the best years of his career. I thought he'd be better than last year but no where near the level he reached. So I begrudgingly congratulate Favre, you cunting Viqueen, you proved me wrong.


For the record, I'm bitter not because I hate Favre (I don't) but because I hate the Vikings.

I'm a Favre fan and didn't see this coming. I was thinking more like 25 TDs and 15 INTs, and definitely nowhere near 4k yards.

Well guys, as much as I hate to admit it, Favre has done much better than I had thought also.
I was positive that he would "cave" by the end of the season.

Don't get me wrong, still not happy with Favre in purple, but I must give credit where credit is due.

It's not that I hate Favre so much, it's just that I hate the Packers! ::wink:



Anyway, since you all have the cojones to standup and be counted, tell ya what I'll bring the desert.....

i'm not surprised, too. i knew he would play very well with this high octane offense. but I'm glad we switched to a young qb, who puts even better numbers (compare the total, not only passing) on the board than favre and has 10 more years left in his tank.
