Great question.

I could come up with 10-15 easy. Narrowing it down to 5 is tough.

Don Hutson
Bart Starr
Ray Nitschke
Reggie White
Brett Favre

are we talking our personal favorite regardless of their accomplishments on the field or the best in terms of their accomplishments?

Am I missing something? What's wrong with labeling Majkowski a favorite player? He was a great quarterback and he helped to spark the resurgence of the Green Bay Packers. He gave hope to Packers fans before Favre ever arrived on the scene. Fans just have short memories and blurred that out after Favre took over.

Two years ago Favre would be at #1. But I feel so uncomfortable doing it now. Its never going to be the same.

1. Donald Driver
2. Reggie White
3. Brett Favre
4. Charles Woodson
5. Ahman Green

Its not really fair to say I like one more than the other. I love all the guys who busted their butts for the Green Bay Packers.

Look. Don Hutson was so far ahead of his time and ahead of his competitors that he should always be on every list. A two time league MVP.

His touchdown mark was earned during 12 game seasons not 16.
He still holds some records like the most points in one quarter, 29.
No Packer player was ever a league changer as much as Don Hutson.

Some of you may not like it but Brett Favre a 3 time MVP belongs on the list. Hey, if Bart Starr can become liked again so can Brett.

Bart Starr. Much the opposite of Brett there is much to like. I'm glad people are not as nasty to him as they were when he coach.

Ray NItschke very well respected and a fan favorite. Still has the NFL Hall of Fame weekend luncheon named after him because of some intense speeches made on what it means to be in the Hall of Fame during those luncheons.

Reggie White. A leader like Ray but with a much different style. Again very respected. He was worth every penny he was paid just as the others listed do also.

Bart Starr: Class act. Champion.

Jerry Kramer: Great story teller. I could listen to him talk all day long. Should be in the Hall of Fame.

Charles Woodson: Howie Long described him best. "Quiet excellence."

Donald Driver: Tough as nails. Has a heart the size of Wisconsin.

Can't decide on #5.

Even in my short time as a Packerfan (13 years), it's very tough to choose the top 5. The players are not ranked on their influence on this organization, but what they mean for me.

1. Gilbert Brown
2. Donald Driver
3. Charles Woodson
4. Aaron Kampman
5. LeRoy Butler
