1. Favre
2. William Henderson
3. LeRoy Butler
4. Donald Driver
5. Reggie White
William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

How could i NOT put Bob Harlan on my list?
One of the nicest most outgoing "Packer" people i have ever met. When i went up to watch practice one day, i stopped at the front desk and asked if he was in. The lady asked "Do you have an appointment?" and i saod "No, i was just hoping to meet him." She called his office, and i heard her say "Ok Bob....i'll tell him." I of course EXPECTED to hear "Mr. Harlan is busy" but instead heard "He'll be down in a few minutes."
A couple minutes later, here is is, strolling across the Atrium floor! He talked with me, and let me get a pic taken with him! How many Presidents of a major sports franchose would do that???

If we're talking about the greatest (in no particular order):

1. Don Hutson
2. Brett Favre
3. Reggie White
4. Jerry Kramer
5. Ray Nitschke

If we're talking about my favorite (keeping in mind my age of 28):

1. Gilbert Brown
2. Brett Favre
3. Chuck Woodson
4. Reggie White
5. LeRoy Butler

That's amazing. And truthfully, kind of unsurprising. That's what separates the Pack from other teams..

That's true Matt. If i told that story to fans of other teams, they would probably say "Yeah, SURE that happened." But in GB, we have come to expect that kind of thing. Even so, it surprised me! I mean, who am i? Just a fan. Yet he took time out of his busy day, JUST to let me spens a few minutes with me. But thats the kind of man he is. PURE CLASS!

Not one mention of Paul Hornung. Wow.

Zero, why does my screen name keep changing?

I considered him but there was no room in my top 5. I noticed no one else had him listed either. It is amazing.

Well, Green Bay IS the only team to be owned by the fans. Shouldn't an "owner" of a team be able to see the front office? 😃

I was considering both Hornung and Jim Taylor but I was already top heavy in that era.
Just about anybody in the Lombardi era could have been in my top 5.

Wow...I'm flabbergasted. I know there is hatred for Favre, but my gosh, he took us to the Superbowl 2x and MVP 3 straight years.

I'm going to say :
Favre
Reggie
Star
Butler
Nitschke

But there could be SO many more. Sharpe, Driver, Ahman Green, Max Mcgee, Chumura, even Edgar Bennett, Jim Taylor. Wow...we have a great list!

"Gravedigga" wrote:

I agree, any list that doesn't include Favre should be removed. I will contact management about this.

WHY?

Its a person opinion on THEIR FAVORITE..Maybe liked their ass in the tight pants ( tromz)...maybe someone gave them something, or what ever..

So why not just let it be whom they want?

1 Reggie
2 Brett
3 Sterling
4 Woodson
5 Eddie Lee

Better clear # 5 with a few people might not agree with it

1. Hutson - Revolutionized the game and position.
2. Favre - Top 3 QB of all time.
3. Bart Starr - How many Super Bowls for the humble assassin?
4. Nitschke - Defined Lombardi's teams of the 1960s.
5. Reggie White - "The Minister"...nuff said!

Honerable mentions:
LeRoy Butler - Made that defense go, and did it ALL very well!! (In fact, make LeRoy #5 and Reggie #6...Butler played over a decade for the same team that drafted him!)
