cowboys get a W against the Saints and move to 9-5

a loss this week would also put us at 9-5.

Well, we still are in good shape. All we have to do is win, and nothing else matters.
We are still in the position where we can control out own destiny. Win 2 of our last 3 and we are in, reguardless of what else happens.

And I think this is one of the 2, so IMO yes, we NEED a win until we're in.

Green Bay Packers

Can clinch a playoff spot with:

1. a win (vs. Pittsburgh) and a Dallas loss (vs. New Orleans) OR
2. a win and a N.Y. Giants loss or tie (vs. Washington) OR
3. a tie and a N.Y. Giants loss

Even had the Cowboys lost today, we still would have needed a win to clinch this week. Now we can still clinch with a win AND a Giants loss or tie OR a tie AND a Giants loss.

This win tonight by the Cowboys is a good thing.

The Saints are beat-able.... And beat-able at home.

Tonight's game film is in the can for the Packers coaching staff. I promise you that.

Tomorrow the Packers will step up, or get a check up from the neck up! It is going to be a very important game.

But, again.. I seriously think this Cowboy win tonight is a good thing. More motivation for the Pack tomorrow to step it up, and more confidence and game film for if they play the Saints in the Playoffs.

If we win our next two games, we're in. If we win one of our last three games, and either the Giants or Cowboys lose one of their remaining games, we're in.

Cows winning is NEVER a good thing. Even if it means aliens will destroy the planet if the Cows lose, I'd still root for the Cows to lose.

The only team that can realistically knock us out of the playoff race is the Giants and they're two games behind us. I'm not worried even if we lose.
