I am on the horns of an agonizing dilemma. As many of you know, our very own
sfalim is traveling from the Philippines to attend the Monday Night Football game on December 7 against Baltimore. She graciously bought me a ticket to the game, which was a dream come true for me. I've never been to Lambeau Field before, much less for an MNF game.
But then I found out some extremely disappointing news. My stunt team coach told me if I miss Monday practice to attend the game, I'll be pulled from our upcoming competition. Considering I have an integral role in a lot of our stunts, I'll be forcing my team to rework a significant portion of the routine in the last practice before the competition. I desperately want to attend the game, yet I love to compete and I don't want to screw my team. I feel like no matter what I choose, I'm making a bad decision.
So, with great reluctance, I have decided to offer my ticket -- for free, of course -- to anyone on this forum who can
commit to going. My only proviso is that you must agree to purchase
sfalim a parking pass in the
Lambeau parking lot. I had purchased a parking ticket, but they're non-refundable and non-transferable, so I'm out my $25.
In case you were wondering, the ticket is in Section 120, directly behind the Packers bench . . . in Row 1. You'll be practically close enough to high-five the players when they do well. Or slap 'em on the helmets when they screw up.
If you want the ticket, please respond by December 4 -- or December 5 at the very latest.
And bear in mind,
sfalim is trusting me to give this ticket to someone worthy, so don't embarrass me when you meet her.
