On 3rd and 10, the CB bats the ball down into the TE and it bounces back up to him, without seemingly ever touching the ground, and no one but an outside WR notices... so when the defender tosses the ball to the ground, the WR runs in and covers it for a fumble recovery... right?

Except no one noticed, not even the refs whom called the play dead or coaches whom could have challenged it for a first down... watch it, the ball doesn't seem to hit the ground.

Also I guess the retired Manning Brothers are now doing a Monday Night Announcer thing and have guests and when they had Chiefs TE, Peyton thought he'd ask this... it reads like it would be a great reaction lol

Whenever I see the ball on the ground, it drives me nuts when someone doesn't fall on it right away. I do smile when I see someone chase it down though.
