Okay, Rock, that was probably the stupidest comment you've ever made (joking) by saying that this may be the end of D.Lee. Why? Donald Lee and Finley complement each other very well.
Lee is the big guy that just sits on a check down while Finley goes deep over the middle. We have two big TE's that any DB would have trouble getting to the ground.
Also, I think they probably just got this guy on the PS so that in case of injury they could sign him to the active roster. I'm sure they like his size, and ability to block.

I think you're right about that, but I didn't think that he'd just skip 3 steps and become our no. 1 TE.
I've never been that impressed with Lee. He's nothing more than a 2nd stringer who had one good year.
I mean, he's that guy who sits back, but even Havner has shown that he can do that. He's that guy who can block better than Finley, but he comes nowhere close to Bubba there. Or half the TEs in the league. That leaves him as an elite receiving TE, but we have Finley for that, who, again, Lee gets nowhere close to. I guess he's somewhat versatile.
Of course, he still has that contract, and I think it's unlikely that we'll just cut him.
Otherwise, I was thinking of it more like this.
1st string - Finley. Just an amazing athlete and receiver.
2nd string - Havner. Great for the redzone, can do a little bit of blocking, (he's build like John Kuhn) as well.
3rd string - Crabtree. Was never much of a receiver, even in college, never going higher than 200 yards in a season. He'd mainly be in for blocking, I think.
Of course, he's just a PS player, he could be gone by the start of next year. Maybe even earlier. You never know.
