I'd like to see you guys do the same test under the same circumstances. I'm willing to bet only Nonstopdrivel does well.

I had to take one before being admitted to college. After 16 questions, I had 13 right. I wanted to know how many I got right total, but they said once they hit 13, they stop because that's the bare min.

Just look at the benchmarks. At 10, you're litterate. I like my odds. Even at the combine.

I'm putting you down for a 35 or 36.

For planning purposes, I am good at this. (imo, lol)

I'd tack on 4 if the test were available in your native tongue.

I honestly think a lot of guys simply don't take the test that seriously. They are scoring worse than the theoretical score one should guess from random guessing.

It's not multiple choice.

And most guys don't even fill out the entire test. You often see scores like 14/28. They just run out of time or don't get what on earth they have to do.

I mean, even Ryan Fitzpatrick had something like 48/49. He left one blank.

I could've sworn that Nick Collins scored a terrifying 4 the first time around, hence Ted and co. sent people down to interview and test Collins and whether he had the mental prowess to play in the NFL.

According to Wikipedia, some of the questions are indeed multiple choice:

Similar to other standardized tests, the Wonderlic Test presents its questions in an open response and multiple choice format with increasing difficulty. For example, a simple question may ask a participant to observe a set of words, and select one that is irrelevant to the others. In addition, the test may require one to solve a word problem by utilizing various algebraic and geometric techniques.[9]

Here's some samples of wonderlic questions:

Walter Football
Test Practice

Honestly I can see how this test might be useful to test general intelligence but for football? I just don't know.

EDIT: I just took the Walter football one and scored what would apparently be the equivalent of a 35. The time is really the hardest part, I only answered 16 of 20 questions. Although I am a bit drunk right now, I wonder how I'd do sober...

beast (8-Aug) : But the Packers would have to use one for their return from IR spots on him, when they cut down to 53.
